1 Scope

This part specifies the definition, technical requirements, inspection and identification rules and test results of non-genuine hot-rolled steel sheets and strips.

This section applies to the inspection and identification of hot-rolled steel sheets and strips such as non-genuine hot-rolled steel sheets and strips and primary residuals. Not applicable to non-positive Special steel plates for hot-rolled pressure vessel steel plates, automotive steel plates, and steel plates for containers.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this section.

Dimensions, shapes, appearance, physical and chemical properties, packaging, etc. meet the contractual standards (see Appendix A) or GB/T 710, GB/T 711, Hot-rolled steel sheets and strips specified in GB/T 912, GB/T 3274, GB/T 3524, and GB/T 8749 standards.

Refers to the size, shape, surface quality, physical and chemical properties, some or all of the packaging does not meet the corresponding standard requirements, but the product remains Hot rolled steel sheets and strips for general purpose use.

Trade is accustomed to calling it "secondary".

Refers to the long production time, the different production time of various materials and various specifications accumulated after the contract production and delivery, different batches Hot rolled steel sheets and strips for secondary products.

There are serious defects in the arrival, scraps that cannot be directly used, or hot-rolled steel sheets and strips that can only be used for smelting recovery.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 The specifications, appearance, physical and chemical properties, packaging, etc. of genuine hot-rolled steel sheets and steel strips are in compliance with the contractual standards.
