3.1 Group batch

Each batch is 10 boxes, and less than 10 boxes are calculated in batches.

3.2 Sampling method

Sampling should be carried out throughout the different parts of the box.

3.3 Number of samples

3.3.1 Appearance inspection sample

50% of each batch is drawn.

3.3.2 Quality inspection sample

Each batch is extracted from the upper and lower parts of the wire box, and each barrel is limited to one tube.

3.3.3 Weight inspection sample

Four sample tubes were taken from the quality inspection sample tube, and the weight inspection sample was stripped. Two copies per batch, two per serving.

Note. If the quality inspection sample wire needs to be put back again after inspection, the 10 quality inspection samples can be taken out, and the weight inspection sample wire can be stripped and put into a box.

In the middle, after the whole batch of silk is weighed, it is taken out for quality inspection. After the quality inspection, 10 quality inspection samples were returned to the box.

4.1 Appearance inspection

4.1.1 Inspection tools

Inspection table; built-in daylight fluorescent lamp, the light of which is illuminated on the end face of the wire or the flat tube of the lamp is 450lx~500lx or a light cover device.

4.1.2 Inspection method

The appearance test is a sensory test. Remove the wire material from the tube and place it on the inspection table. The head is up, and the tube is tilted by hand and rotated for one week.

Check the end face and side of the package.

4.1.3 Defect processing

Eliminate all kinds of threaded tubes. The defect reached Table A. In the case of the specified quantity, the entire batch of silk shall be endorsed.

4.1.4 Appearance grading

Appearance inspection is divided into good, ordinary, slightly inferior and graded products.
