Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces the SN/T 1306-2011 "Procedures for Issuing International Certificates for Vaccination or Preventive Measures for Entry and Exit Personnel".

Compared with SN/T 1306-2011, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Revised the name of the standard. "Import and Exit" was changed to "Import and Exit", "vaccination" was changed to "vaccination";

---Modified terms and definitions. "precautionary measures" definition adjustments;

--- Modified the certificate type and the issue object, and added the certificate example;

--- Revised the visa personnel qualifications and certificate requirements in the issuance requirements;

--- Revised A.1 in Appendix A, B.1 in Appendix B, and added C.1, C.2 in A.2, B.2, and Appendix C.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the issuance of the international certificate for vaccination or preventive measures for immigrants, vaccination or preventive measures.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
