Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces SN/T 1244-2016 "Industrial Supervision Regulations for Entry and Exit Vessels", SN/T 1258-2003 "Inbound and Outbound Ship Health Supervision" Supervision and Evaluation Standards, SN/T 1426-2010 "Maintenance Regulations for Ships and Wastes in and Out of Ships", SN/T 2644-2010 "International Navigation Ships "Maintenance Supervision Regulations for Shipyard Maintenance" and SN/T 3158-2012 "Evaluation Standards and Management Rules for Health Risk Classification of Entry and Exit Ships".

This standard and SN/T 1244-2016, SN/T 1258-2003, SN/T 1426-2010, SN/T 2644-2010, SN/T 3158-Compared with 2012, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Added "requirements";

---Adjusted the contents of the "on-site inspection";

---Adjusted the content of "Results Determination and Disposal";

--- Removed the "Appendix A (informative appendix) entry and exit vessel health supervision record table (example)" in SN/T 1244-2016" Record B (informative) entry and exit vessel health supervision sampling record (example) "Appendix C (normative appendix) entry and exit vessel Health supervision and evaluation indicators";

--- Added "Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Sanitary Supervision and Evaluation Form for Entry and Exit Vessels".

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements, contents, methods, results judgment and disposal of the sanitary supervision of entry and exit vessels.

This standard applies to the sanitary supervision of ships entering and leaving the country.

3 Requirements

The health supervision shall be carried out after the berthing of the international navigation vessel and before departure, but the following vessels shall be supervised.

--- From the epidemic area of infectious diseases is still in the incubation period of the disease;

--- There have been epidemiological events in this voyage;

--- Entry quarantine certificate endorsement has health management matters;

---The last voyage was required to be required for health rectification within a time limit.
