1 Scope

3 Method summary

5 Apparatus

5.1 dish. diameter 90mm, bottom smooth, with terracotta cover.

5.2 Oxford Cup. stainless steel, an outer diameter of 8.0mm ± 0.1mm, an inner diameter of 6.0mm ± 0.1mm, height 10.0mm ± 0.1mm.

5.3 vernier caliper. Measuring range 0mm ~ 150mm, precision 0.02mm; inhibition zone measuring instrument can be used, or other equivalent measuring instruments.

5.4 homogenizer. speed of not less than 10000r/min.

5.5 centrifuge. speed of not less than 3000r/min.

5.6 incubator. 0 °C ~ 50 °C, the shelf should be level.
