This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard SN/T 0811.1-2005 "the inspection of import and export power transformers, power supply units and similar devices - Part 1.

General requirements. " this standard compared with SN/T 0811.1-2005, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Standard name changed to "import and export of power transformers, power supplies, reactors and similar products inspection regulations General requirements";

--- Standard structure, chapter choreography, performed a number of changes;

It was modified --- standard range;

--- Increased SN/T 2838.2 description of the terms and definitions;

--- For inspection and supervision model test method and its contents has been modified;

--- Requirements for different test methods and test items corresponding test method was modified.

Introduction

"Import and export of power transformers, power supplies, reactors and similar products - General requirements for the inspection," the import and export of power transformers, power supplies, Reactors and similar products based on the work of inspection, import and export of power transformers, power supplies, reactors and similar products play a guiding and regulating inspection effect.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the import and export of power transformers, power supplies, reactors and similar products sampling, testing and judgment.

This standard covers the following types of dry-type transformers, power supply (including switch mode power supplies) and reactors, which may be encapsulated or non-winding Encapsulation type.

Note 1. The difference between the transformers, power supply and switching power supply as follows.

--- Transformer without changing the frequency. However, the transformer (eg. constant voltage transformers) can have no more than 30kHz internal resonance frequency;

--- Power supply, internal operating frequency and the frequency and waveform with different power supply and the internal operating frequency not exceeding 500Hz;

--- Of switched mode power supply, internal operating frequency and the frequency and waveform with different power supply and the internal operating frequency exceeding 500Hz rather than 100MHz.
