Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

Instead of the standard SN/T 0268-1993 "export commodities transport packaging paper-plastic bags for the inspection." this standard compared with SN/T 0268-1993, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Modify the Chapter 1 title and content;

--- Amend the title of Chapter 2;

--- Modifications and additions of the reference standard;

--- Original standard 4.1 "Visual inspection sampling reference GB 2828; performance test sample reference GB 8947 and GB 4857.5" is amended as "Visual inspection sampling reference GB/T 2828.1-2012 provisions were (normal inspection single sampling plan special inspection level S-3, the reception quality limit AQL = 6.5); reference sample performance test GB/T 8947 and GB 19270; TESTING reference sample GB/T 5009.60 ";

1 Scope

This standard specifies the export transport packaging paper-plastic bag classification, sampling, testing, determination of general and unqualified batch disposal content.

This standard applies to exports of non costumes transport of dangerous goods packaging paper-plastic composite bag test.
