1 Scope

This standard specifies the agricultural exports trichlorfon residues LC - MS/MS method for the detection and confirmation.

This standard is applicable to the export of canned steamed pork, pork, chicken, beef, fish, sausage, brown rice, corn, onions, walnuts trichlorfon residues Remaining contents.

3 Method summary

Samples with cyclohexane ethyl acetate (11 volume) extraction by gel permeation chromatography, eluted with methanol-water (11 volume) constant volume, for liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometer, external standard.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.1 Cyclohexane. HPLC fractions.

4.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.

4.3 ethyl acetate. residual level.

4.4 over anhydrous sodium. 650 °C burning 4h, stored in a sealed container for later.

4.5 Cyclohexane Ethyl acetate. (11 volume). amount of 100mL and 100mL cyclohexane, n-hexane, and mix.

4.6 ammonium acetate. pure class distinctions.

4.7 50mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.385g of ammonium acetate dissolved in 1000mL water.

Trichlorfon 4.8 standard (trichlorfon, CAS number. 52-68-6, molecular formula. C4H8Cl3O4P). not less than 98.0% purity.

4.9 trichlorfon standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of trichlorfon standards, prepared in methanol at a concentration of 100µg/mL of standard stock Preparation of the solution. The solution was stored at 0 °C ~ 4 °C refrigerator.

4.10 trichlorfon standard solution. as needed trichlorfon standard stock solution (3.10) diluted to a suitable concentration of the standard work with methanol as a solution. The solution was stored at 0 °C ~ 4 °C refrigerator.

4.11 organic microporous membrane. 0.20µm, 0.45µm.
