This standard compared with SN/T 1549-2005 The main changes are as follows.

--- Content changed mandatory;

--- The definition of foreign debris, according to their impact safety, hygiene, health, the degree of environmental protection, classified as A, B, C three types of debris (see 3.1);

--- Magnetic iron absorption equipment, all to "suck iron ore by a magnetic device" was defined;

--- Chapter 4 of the title from "foreign imported coal debris regulatory requirements" to "foreign imported coal debris control and regulatory requirements";

--- Foreign matter in coal import control requirements from the "coal imports should not be mixed with foreign matter" to "coal imports should not be mixed 3.1 listed in Class A and Class B debris, mixed with some 3.1 class included C Debris shall not exceed 0.01% by weight of the coal. " (See 4.1), and a corresponding increase in foreign matter content is calculated (see 4.3);

--- Increased imports of coal storage pollution prevention requirements (see 4.4);

--- Increased imports of coal inspection and quarantine regulatory requirements (see 4.5);
