SN 0219-1993 "deltamethrin residues in cereals for export testing methods" and SN/T 0932-2000 "permethrin residues in cereals for export Amount of inspection. " Compared with SN 0217-1993, SN 0219-1993 and SN/T 0932-2000, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical modifications as follows.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the foods bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, permethrin, fluorine Silicon permethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin residues by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method.

This standard applies to tea, corn, rice, cauliflower, pineapple, mushrooms bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin, chlorofluorocarbons Cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, permethrin, fluorosilicone permethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin residues in the detection and confirmation.

3 Method summary

Sample residues pyrethroids with acetone - n-hexane and the extracts were dried over charcoal and Florisil SPE column using gas chromatography Spectrum - mass spectrometer, external standard.

4 Reagent material

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.1 acetone. chromatography.

4.2 hexane. chromatographically pure.

4.3 ethanol.

4.4 anhydrous sodium. at 650 °C in burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back.

4.5 acetone - n-hexane (11 volume) solution. amount of 500mL of acetone and n-hexane to 1000mL 500mL reagent bottle.

4.6 ether - acetone - n-hexane (442 volume) solution. Measure 400mL of diethyl ether, 400mL acetone and 200mL hexane to 1000mL reagent bottle.

Cyfluthrin (cyfluthrin, CAS number. 68359-37-5); cypermethrin (cypermethrin, CAS number. 52315-07-8); permethrin (Ethofenpro, CAS number. 80844-07-1); silafluofen (silafluofen, CAS number. 105024-66-6). fenvalerate (fenvalerate, CAS. 51630-58-1). deltamethrin (deltamethrin, CAS number. 52918-63-5).

4.8 preparation of standard stock solution. Weigh about 0.01g (accurate to 0.0001g) bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, permethrin Ester, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, permethrin, fluorosilicone permethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin standards in 10mL volumetric flask with Acetone formulated to about 1000µg/mL standard stock solution of less than 5 °C stored.

Preparation of intermediate 4.9 mixed standard solution. Pipette each stock standard solution 1.00mL 100mL flask to the above, diluted with acetone to the scale, less than 5 °C dark preservation, storage period of three months.
