1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic conditions, management requirements, fairness and integrity of building materials and home suppliers.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19001, SB/T 10467 and SB/T 10667 apply to this document.

4 Basic conditions

4.1 Qualification requirements

It shall meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, rules and relevant standards, and obtain the necessary documents for business licenses such as business licenses and tax registration certificates.

4.2 Site requirements

4.2.1 The supplier shall have a fixed operation, office and storage space that is compatible with the commodities and scale of its operations.

4.2.2 The place should be neat and clean, easy to operate and receive customers.

4.2.3 The pedestrian flow passage, cargo passage, fire protection, circuit, switch, lighting and other facilities of the site shall comply with the corresponding safety requirements.

4.2.4 The discharge of sewage, dust and pollutants from the site shall comply with the requirements of GB 8978 and the corresponding national and local laws and regulations.

4.3 Equipment and equipment requirements

4.3.1 It shall be provided with display and display equipment, storage and handling equipment, storage facilities, cleaning facilities and office equipment for commodity management and storage.
