SB/T 10384-2013Qualification standards for national livestock reserve farms (English PDF)

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is based on the Law of the People's Republic of China on Animal Husbandry, the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs the Regulations and relevant laws, regulations and rules have been revised.

This standard replaces SB/T 10384-2004 "Qualification Conditions for Central Reserve Meat Livestock Reserve Base", and SB/T 10384-2004 the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified part of the scope;

--- Revised the definition of reserve, management, inspection and public inspection of the central reserve meat live animals, and increased the definition of basic sows, clean roads and dirty roads;

---Modified part of the quality management documents, quality management system documentation and management methods of the base field;

--- Revised part of the site selection, scale, layout, facilities, increased the requirements of farming methods;

---Modified personnel, live animal qualification documents, introduction of qualification documents, immunization, parasite control, disease surveillance, veterinary drugs content;

---Modified part of feed, forage, and drinking water;

---Modified part of the record;

---Modified the contents of feed, forage quality and inspection;

--- Removed the quality and inspection of meat after slaughter;

---Modified part of the base station credit;

--- Modified some of the other requirements.
