Scope

QC/T 919-2013 is the English-translated version of 汽车用机油滤清器试验方法.

QC/T 919-2013 is a recommended Chinese automotive industry standard that lays down the performance test methods for lubricating oil filter assemblies fitted to motor vehicles.

The methods exist so that performance results measured on different test benches can be compared with one another. They are written for filter assemblies whose nominal volume flow stays below 200 L/min.

Fuel, oil and hydraulic references run through the work, including GB 252, GB/T 508, GB/T 786.1-1993, GB 11122-2006 and GB/T 14041.1-2007, alongside the international documents ISO 3448-1992, ISO 11841-1-2000, ISO 11841-2-2000, ISO 12103-1-1997 and ANSI/SAE J 300-1993. Issued on 25 April 2013, it has applied since 1 September 2013.
