QC/T 76.2-1993 is the recommended part of the Chinese automobile industry series of test methods for mining dump trucks that covers the driver's seat. It sets out how the seat reference point, known as the R point, is measured on such a vehicle.
Every kind of mining dump truck comes under it. The measurement follows GB/T 12673, and the part is classified T46 in the Chinese system. It supersedes JB 3694-1984, the earlier document for these test methods. Issued on 20 October 1993, it has applied since 1 January 1994.
