QC/T 621.1-2013 is the English-translated version of 钢带式弹性软管夹箍 第1部分：型式、尺寸和材料.
QC/T 621.1-2013 is the Chinese automotive industry recommended standard for spring band hose clamps, and it forms the first part of the QC/T 621 series. This part fixes the types, the dimensions and the materials of the clamps, which are made from quenched and tempered spring steel.
It covers clamps used on motor vehicles to hold hose joints in place, while the companion parts of the series deal with the remaining aspects. It quotes GB/T 1804, QC/T 326, QC/T 625 and the other parts QC/T 621.2 and QC/T 621.3.
The standard replaces the earlier edition QC/T 621-1999. Issued on 25 April 2013, it has applied since 1 September 2013.
