Scope
QC/T 227.1-2009 is the English-translated version of 摩托车和轻便摩托车制动片摩擦性能试验方法.
QC/T 227.1-2009 is the first part of a recommended Chinese automotive industry standard on brake linings for motorcycles and mopeds, and it covers the testing of their friction performance.
It prescribes the requirements for the test pieces, the test equipment, the test procedure and the way the measured data are processed. Its use is limited to friction performance tests on brake linings of motorcycles and mopeds.
GB/T 9439-1988 and JC/T 1065-2007 are quoted in it. The part replaces QC/T 227.1-1997 and carries the Chinese classification T82. Issued on 17 November 2009, it has applied since 1 April 2010.
