QC/T 1075-2026 is the product standard for metal honeycomb substrates used in exhaust catalytic converters and electric heating units. The substrate is the metal carrier with a honeycomb structure that holds the catalyst coating in the exhaust stream of a vehicle, and this document sets out the requirements for that product.

It is used by makers of metal substrates and catalytic converters, automobile manufacturers and their exhaust system suppliers, and test laboratories. It is a voluntary standard, as the /T in its code shows. It was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, issued on 16 April 2026 and takes effect on 1 November 2026. It replaces QC/T 1075-2017.
