What this standard covers

This standard specifies the timing equipment and their use of radiation -emitting powder coated optics, mechanical and radioactive energy requirements and associated test methods. This standard applies to Chapter 3 contains coated with a luminescent coating element (pointer, disk, former ring, etc.) all the timing equipment. Chapter 4 of this standard applies to the radiation emitting powder, whether they are coated on the timing equipment or special coating on the floor.
