This standard is applicable to the detection and necropsy and histopathological diagnosis of serum antibodies against Echinococcus granulosus in livestock (bovine, sheep), livestock and wild animals (voles, plateau pika, etc.) echinococcosis, multi-room PCR diagnosis of suspected cysts or lesions of hydatidosis and echinococcosis, epidemiological investigation and detection of hydatid disease in livestock and bison.
