NB/T 35022-2014 is a recommended standard of the Chinese energy industry that guides the energy-saving analysis carried out when a hydropower project is designed.

It applies to the preparation of the energy-saving analysis in the feasibility study report of medium-sized hydropower projects, whether newly built, rebuilt or extended.

Its classification is P59 in China and 27.140 in the international scheme. It is used alongside the documents it quotes, among them GB 50034, GB 50189, GB 50555, GB/T 8175, GB 12021.3, GB 19576, GB 19577, GB 19761, GB 19762, DL/T 5098, NB/T 35008 and CJ/T 164. Issued on 29 June 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.
