Scope

NB/T 32009-2013 is the English-translated version of 光伏发电站逆变器电压与频率响应检测技术规程.

NB/T 32009-2013 is the Chinese energy industry standard that lays down how the voltage and frequency response of photovoltaic power station inverters is to be tested.

It describes the test conditions, the test equipment and the test methods used to check the power control capability of a photovoltaic plant. Its scope is aimed at stations connected to the grid at 35 kV and above, together with newly built stations connected at lower voltage levels.

The tests are carried out with reference to GB 1207, GB 1208, GB/T 14549, GB/T 19964 and GB/T 29319. Issued on 28 November 2013, it has applied since 1 April 2014.
