Scope
NB/T 25044.3-2014 is the English-translated version of 核电厂常规岛及辅助配套设施建设施工质量验收规程 第3部分：循环水系统设备.
NB/T 25044.3-2014 is the third part of the Chinese energy industry code for construction quality acceptance of the nuclear power conventional island and balance of plant, and it deals with circulating water system equipment.
It gives the acceptance criteria for the mechanical installation quality of four sub-works: the circulating water pump, the circulating water filtration system, the circulating water treatment system and the circulating pump lubrication system.
It is written for new-build, extension and reconstruction nuclear power plants with a single unit capacity of 600 MW and above, while plants below 600 MW may follow it for reference.
It is applied with NB/T 20122, NB/T 20123 and NB/T 25043.3. Issued on 29 June 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.
