Scope
NB/T 20428-2017 is the English-translated version of 核电厂仪表和控制系统计算机安全防范总体要求.
NB/T 20428-2017 is the recommended energy industry standard of China on computer security for the instrumentation and control systems of nuclear power plants, modified from IEC 62645-2014.
It sets overall computer security requirements for I&C systems built on computers or on HDL programmable devices, including requirements for developing, managing and implementing the protective measures.
Its provisions run across the whole life cycle of such systems, from design and development through engineering implementation to operation and maintenance, and they may also be used for the non-safety systems within plant I&C. The standard quotes NB/T 20026-2014, NB/T 20054-2011, NB/T 20055-2011, NB/T 20300-2014, GB/T 15474-2010, GB/T 22080-2008, GB/T 22081-2008, GB/T 29246-2012 and GB/T 31722-2015. Issued on 1 April 2017, it has applied since 1 October 2017.
