NB/T 20423-2017 is the English-translated version of 核电厂移动式应急柴油发电机组调试技术导则.

NB/T 20423-2017 is a recommended Chinese energy industry standard giving the technical guideline for commissioning the mobile emergency diesel generator system of a nuclear power plant.

It specifies the content of the on-site commissioning and the acceptance criteria for mobile emergency diesel generator sets, the vehicles that carry them and the simulated loads used with them.

It applies to the on-site commissioning of those sets at nuclear power plants. It quotes GB/T 2820.5-2009, GB/T 2820.9-2009 and GB 50150. Classified F83 in the Chinese system and 27.120.20 internationally, it sits between the generating set standards and the nuclear plant ones. Issued on 10 February 2017, it has applied since 1 July 2017.
