NB/T 20305-2014 is the English-translated version of 重水堆核电厂热传输支管老化管理指南.
NB/T 20305-2014 is a recommended Chinese energy industry standard dealing with the ageing management of the feeder pipes of pressurized heavy water reactor nuclear power plants.
It gives the basic requirements for managing the ageing of the heat transport feeder pipework of CANDU plants across its whole life. The standard is written for the in-service stage, where it guides the planning and the implementation of the ageing management programme for those pipes.
Chinese classification F65 and international classification 27.120.20 place it with nuclear power plant engineering. It is applied alongside HAD 103/07 and HAD 103/12-2012. Issued on 29 June 2014, it has applied since 1 November 2014.
