Scope
NB/T 20239-2013 is the English-translated version of 压水堆核电厂调试大纲编写规范.
NB/T 20239-2013 is a recommended Chinese energy industry standard on drafting the commissioning outline of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. It fixes the basic requirements for what the commissioning program has to contain and for the way that document is written.
Its field of use is the preparation of commissioning programs for PWR plants. The standard refers to the regulatory documents HAF 103-2004 and HAD 103/02-1987, and it is classified under CCS F65 and ICS 27.120.20.
It takes the place of the earlier nuclear industry standard EJ/T 1045-1997. Issued on 8 June 2013, it has applied since 1 October 2013.
