NB/T 20200-2013 is a recommended energy industry standard of China covering the investigation and evaluation of external human-induced events at nuclear power plants, that is, hazards arising from human activity outside the plant boundary.

Like its companion siting documents it carries Chinese classification F63 and international classification 27.120.99 and was issued by the National Energy Administration.

Being a technical specification, it fixes how such an investigation and the evaluation that follows it are conducted and recorded. The two documents quoted on it are GB 18218, on major hazard installations, and the nuclear safety guide HAD 101/04. Issued on 8 June 2013, it has applied since 1 October 2013.
