Scope
NB/T 20059-2012 is the English-translated version of 核电厂控制室操纵员控制器.
NB/T 20059-2012 deals with the operator controls used in the control rooms of nuclear power plants and is a recommended Chinese energy industry standard modified from IEC 61227-2008.
It sets the man-machine interface requirements for discrete controllers, for conventional multiplexed systems and for soft controller systems as they are arranged in control room design.
The standard is written for the control rooms of newly designed plants. GB/T 4025, GB/T 13630, EJ/T 1118 and NB/T 20058 are quoted in it, the last of these covering the visual display units used in the same rooms.
It supersedes EJ/T 759.1-2000. Issued on 6 January 2012, it has applied since 6 April 2012.
