The Chinese energy industry standard NB/T 20007.37-2015 is Part 37 of the stainless steel series for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants and addresses austenitic stainless steel bar for the non-pressure-retaining components of the control rod drive mechanism.
It sets out how that bar is made, inspected and accepted. Its scope is 022Cr19Ni10N stainless steel forged and rolled bar of diameter greater than 50 mm, destined for parts of the mechanism that do not retain pressure.
It carries the Chinese classification H44 and the international classification 77.140.60. Reference is made to GB/T 223, GB/T 228.1-2010, GB/T 4338, GB/T 6394, GB/T 10561-2005, GB/T 20124, NB/T 20004-2014 and NB/T 20328.2-2015. Issued on 2 April 2015, it has applied since 1 September 2015.
