Scope

NB/T 11533-2024 is the English-translated version of 煤矿水中氯离子、氟离子、溴离子、硫酸根、硝酸根、亚硝酸根和磷酸根含量的测定离子色谱法.

NB/T 11533-2024 is the Chinese energy industry method for measuring seven soluble inorganic anions in coal mine water by ion chromatography: chloride, fluoride, bromide, sulfate, nitrate, nitrite and phosphate.

The anions are separated on an anion exchange column and detected with a suppressed conductivity detector, identified by retention time and quantified by peak height or peak area.

The method sets out its reagents, with grade 1 water to GB/T 6682, and tabulates a detection limit and a lower determination limit for each ion, from 0.010 mg/L for fluoride to 0.050 mg/L for chloride, sulfate and phosphate.

A warning covers the handling of harmful reagents such as sodium fluoride and sodium nitrite. Issued on 24 May 2024, it has applied since 24 November 2024.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the use of ion chromatography to determine the chloride, fluoride, bromide, sulfate, nitrate, nitrite and Phosphate content.

This document is applicable to the determination of chloride, fluoride, bromide, sulfate, nitrate, nitrite and phosphate content in coal mine water.

When the injection volume is 25 µL, the method detection limit and determination lower limit of 7 soluble inorganic anions of this method are shown in Table 1.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute essential clauses of this document through normative references in this document.

For referenced documents without a date, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for referenced documents without a date, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.

GB/T 6682 Specifications and test methods for water used in analytical laboratories

3 Terms and definitions

There are no terms or definitions that require definition in this document.

4 Principle

The anions in the sample are separated by exchange on anion chromatography columns and detected by a suppressed conductivity detector. The qualitative analysis is based on the retention time, peak height or peak Area quantification.

5 Reagents or materials

Unless otherwise specified, only analytically pure reagents were used in the analysis, and the water used was grade 1 water as specified in GB/T 6682 or water of the same grade as Its purity is equivalent to water.
