NB/T 10756-2021 is the English-translated version of 煤矿在用无轨胶轮车安全检测检验规范.
NB/T 10756-2021 is the Chinese energy industry standard for safety inspection and testing of trackless rubber-tyred vehicles in service underground in coal mines.
It covers personnel carriers, material transporters, trucks, concrete mixers, sewage suction trucks, sprinkler vehicles and similar wheeled vehicles. Vehicles must carry a factory certificate and a mining product safety mark, and any dry clutch must be explosion-proof and certified.
The text sets the basic testing requirements, inspection items and technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the judgment of results, both for initial inspection before first use and for periodic inspection.
Exhaust carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides are checked to MT/T 220, and vehicle terms follow MT/T 989-2006, including the minimum turning radius. Issued on 16 November 2021, it has applied since 16 February 2022.

1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, inspection items and technical requirements for the inspection and inspection of trackless rubber-tyred vehicles in use in coal mines. law, inspection rules and judgment rules.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15663.5-2008, MT/T 989-2006 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Initial inspection-testing
Inspection and inspection before new purchases are put into use.
3.2 Regular inspection-testing
Inspection and inspection carried out according to the specified period.
3.3 Trackless rubber-tyred vehicle
Wheeled motor transport vehicles used in underground tunnels of coal mines.
3.4 Minimum turning radius
The distance from the outermost edge of the contour to the center of the circle when the trackless rubber-tired vehicle travels in a circle at the maximum deflection angle. [Source: MT/T 989-2006, 3.2]
4 Basic requirements for testing and inspection
4.1 The trackless rubber-tired vehicle to be inspected shall have a factory certificate and a safety mark for coal mine products.
4.2 When the dry clutch is adopted for the trackless rubber-wheeled vehicle to be inspected, the dry clutch shall be of an explosion-proof structure and shall have an explosion-proof inspection certificate.
4.3 When using instruments and equipment for testing and inspection, according to the provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", if the equipment used in an explosive environment should be […]
