1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, inspection and inspection items and technical requirements, inspection and inspection items for the regular safety inspection of overhead passenger devices in use in coal mines. Inspection methods, inspection inspection rules and judgment rules.

This document is applicable to the regular safety inspection and inspection of overhead passenger devices in use in coal mines. The initial inspection and inspection can refer to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 7679.3 and AQ1038 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Basic requirements for testing and inspection

4.1 The overhead passenger device to be inspected shall have a factory certificate and safety signs for mining products, and shall have a valid wire rope inspection report.

4.2 When using instruments and equipment for testing and inspection, according to the requirements of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", the equipment used in the explosive environment shall adopt EPL.

Ma protection level. When using portable electrical measuring instruments that are not dedicated to coal mines, they must be used in locations where the methane concentration is below 1.0%, and Monitor the methane concentration of the environment during use.

4.3 The accuracy of the testing and inspection instruments and equipment shall not be lower than those specified in Table 1, and shall be verified/calibrated and confirmed to be qualified.
