1 General

1.0.1

In order to standardize the design of mobile hoist for hydropower projects, this code is formulated.

1.0.2

This code applies to hydropower projects that are mainly driven by electricity and run on tracks for opening and closing gates and blocking pollution.

Mobile hoist design for grid and equipment maintenance.

1.0.3

The design of mobile hoist for hydropower projects shall not only conform to this code, but also conform to the current relevant national standards

Provisions.

2 term

2.0.1 mobile hoist

Driven by a motor and driven by gears, the gates, trash racks and inspections are opened and closed via the reel, pulley block and lifting parts.

Repairing equipment, moving on rails and other cyclic operations machinery. Mobile hoist is divided into door hoist, trolley hoist

Shut-down and bridge hoist and other types.

2.0.2 supporting brake

A mechanical normally closed brake for braking and stopping is set on the high-speed shaft of the reducer.

2.0.3 safety brake

A mechanical normally closed brake that plays a braking role is set on the reel device.

2.0.4 closed gear transmission

The gear pairs at all levels from the motor to the reel shaft are in a closed box and have a well-lubricated transmission.

2.0.5 broken line groove drum

Each pitch rope groove is crossed by a rope groove parallel to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the reel and a plane perpendicular to the axis of the reel.

A reel with alternating angular rope grooves.

2.0.6 duty class

Consider the changes in load, the utilization of working hours and the nature of gate work, and determine the characteristics of the hoist.

2.0.7 automatic lifting beam

A device that can automatically connect and disconnect gates and hoists.

3 Basic regulations

3.0.1

During the design of the gate hoist and its parts, the working level of the gate hoist and its components shall be divided, including the whole

Machine classification and institutional classification.

3.0.2

The use level of the gate hoist shall meet the requirements of Table 3.0.2-1;...
