1 Scope
This standard specifies the scope of supply of spare parts and spare parts for screw expanders.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30554 apply to this document.
3.1 Main body seal
The main body seals at both ends of the screw in the screw expander include mechanical seals, dry gas seals, carbon ring seals, etc.
4 Requirements
4.1 The supplied spare parts and spare parts of the screw expander refer to the important vulnerable parts that should be supplied randomly. It should at least meet the requirements of the screw expander and the machine The needs of the first overhaul period under normal operation of the group.
4.2 The supply of spare parts for the screw expander varies with the structure of the random group, but at least it should meet the requirements of Table 1.
The quantity and scope of the application shall be resolved through negotiation between the manufacturer and the user.
4.3 Since the storage time of the sealing ring is different, the manufacturer and the user can agree to provide it before the overhaul.
4.4 For spare parts supplied from the entire set, the parts listed in the table may not be supplied separately.
4.5 For the purchased parts in the random spare parts, the manufacturer and the user agree to purchase the main body.
4.6 The spare parts and spare parts of the main parts and auxiliary parts driven by the screw expander shall be supplied at the same time.
5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Spare parts are shipped as a whole with the screw expander (group), according to NB/T 42069-2016.
5.2 The packaging of spare parts should have moisture-proof, anti-fouling and shock-proof measures to ensure that the spare parts are clean and dry.
