Scope
NB/T 10195-2019 is the English-translated version of 架空导线生产企业能效指数计算导则.
NB/T 10195-2019 provides Chinese energy industry guidance on calculating energy efficiency indexes in companies that manufacture overhead conductors. It defines the energy efficiency index as the ratio of energy consumption per unit product to a benchmark set by the company, and the production units for which consumption is counted separately.
Calculation methods are given for economic indicators, for the efficiency of electrical and thermal equipment, for process energy use per unit of product and for combined indexes over several units.
The benchmark is set from the company's best past results, advanced domestic and foreign practice and theoretical values, and rounding and statistics follow GB/T 8170, GB/T 2589 and GB/T 3484, with standard coal conversion factors in an annex. It was issued on 4 June 2019 and has applied since 1 October 2019.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the energy efficiency index, calculation methods, determination of benchmark energy consumption, numerical rounding and statistics.
This standard applies to the calculation of the energy efficiency index of overhead wire manufacturers.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated reference documents, only the dated version applies to this document. For undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 2588 General rules for calculating thermal efficiency of equipment
GB/T 2589 General Rules for Comprehensive Energy Consumption Calculation
GB 3101 General principles on quantities, units and symbols
GB/T 3484 General Rules for Enterprise Energy Balance

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2588, GB/T 2589, GB/T 3484 and GB/T 8222 apply to this document.
3.1 Energy efficiency index
The ratio of energy consumption per unit product to the benchmark energy consumption during the reporting period.
3.2 Unit
Production units, processes, facilities and equipment that can separately count energy consumption.
3.3 Benchmark of energy consumption per unit product
The benchmark value of unit energy consumption or comprehensive energy consumption at a certain stage determined by the enterprise, expressed in terms of unit product energy consumption.
4 Calculation method
4.1 Economic energy efficiency indicators
4.2 Equipment energy efficiency indicators
4.2.2.2 When calculating thermal efficiency, the equipment system and calculation basis must be clearly defined, and the establishment of the thermal balance relationship must meet the thermodynamic basis. This law requires.
4.2.2.3 For continuous working equipment, the thermal efficiency of the equipment refers to the thermal efficiency under thermally stable conditions; for intermittent or periodic working equipment Equipment thermal efficiency refers to the thermal efficiency of the normal working cycle.
4.2.1 Efficiency calculation of electrical equipment
4.3 Product energy efficiency indicators
The unit energy consumption of the process is calculated according to formula (5). Refer to Appendix A for the current reference conversion coefficients of commonly used energy products.
4.4 Comprehensive energy efficiency index
The comprehensive energy efficiency index should be selected according to the needs of different unit combinations, and calculated according to formula (6).
5 Determination of baseline energy consumption
Under the same caliber, it is determined with reference to the best historical level of the company, the advanced level of the same industry at home and abroad, and theoretical values.
6 Numerical rounding and statistics
6.1 The round-off of the energy efficiency index specified in this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 8170.
6.2 The statistical method of energy consumption of the enterprise shall meet the requirements of GB/T 2589 and GB/T 3484.
6.3 The quantities, units and symbols used for statistics shall comply with the provisions of GB 3101.
Appendix A (Informative appendix)
Current reference coefficient of standard coal for commonly used energy products Refer to Table A.1 for the reference conversion coefficient of standard coal for commonly used energy products.
