Scope
NB/T 10192-2019 is the English-translated version of 电流闭锁式母线保护技术导则.
NB/T 10192-2019 is a Chinese energy industry technical guide for current blocking busbar protection in single bus, sectionalised single bus and three-section single bus arrangements at 35 kV and below.
The scheme starts on overcurrent in the main power supply bay and trips only when no blocking signal arrives from feeder, capacitor, bus section or small generation bays, with blocking signals sent over a communication link such as GOOSE.
The guide sets environmental conditions, DC supply, accuracy, binary input and output, overload, insulation, electromagnetic compatibility and safety requirements largely by reference to DL/T 478-2013, then the protection functions and their test methods.
The logic may sit in a separate device or inside the main supply protection. Protection developers, designers and testers use it. Issued on 4 June 2019, it has applied since 1 October 2019.

6 Protection function
6.1 Composition of busbar protection
The busbar protection is composed of two parts. the discrimination element and the blocking element. The blocking element is used to identify the interval failure of the non-main power supply.
After the source interval fails, the blocking signal will be sent to the discrimination element to block the bus protection instantly. The discrimination component combines the blocking signal to identify the bus fault, And drive the corresponding export according to the discrimination result. Locking elements with small power supply and segmented intervals should be provided with directions, and locking elements with other intervals can be without squares.
Direction, the discrimination element can be blocked by the voltage element.
Refer to Appendix A for bus protection configuration and the relationship between the blocking element and the discrimination element.
6.2 Locking element
6.2.1 Blocking bus protection signal
Locking components are set at intervals of non-main power supply, which can be switched on and off by the control word. When any phase overcurrent of the non-main power supply interval protection starts, The interval protection of non-main power supply instantaneously outputs the "blocking bus protection" signal. If the fault disappears, the blocking signal will be recovered instantly; any over-current protection After the protection action, if the fault does not disappear, the blocking signal will be recovered after a fixed delay.
For conventional substations, the "blocking bus protection" signal can be hard contact output or communication transmission (such as GOOSE at the station control layer) signal). For smart substations, the "blocking bus protection" signal is the GOOSE signal, which is transmitted to the judge through the process layer network or the station control layer network. Other components.
For small power supply and segment intervals, the blocking element should be a directional overcurrent element.
6.2.2 Blocking signal disconnection processing
When the blocking signal is transmitted by communication, the protection may lose its selectivity when the link that transmits the blocking signal is disconnected.
Set the non-main power supply interval blocking signal broken link alarm function, when any blocking signal is broken, the bus protection is blocked.
6.2.3 Inconsistent maintenance
When the "blocking bus protection" signal is transmitted by communication, when the inspection status of the device where the discrimination component and the blocking component are inconsistent The bus protection should be alarmed but not blocked.
6.3 Discriminating components
The identification component combines the main power supply interval protection phase overcurrent start (can be blocked by the voltage component) and the blocking signal from the non-main power supply interval Identify bus failures.
6.4 Protection action logic
When there is no small power supply and section interval, or the blocking elements of the small power supply and section interval protection both have directions, the current element of the main power supply interval After the component meets the operating conditions and does not receive the blocking signal, it starts to count, and the busbar protection operates after the delay time to switch to the main power supply.
When the blocking element of the small power supply or section interval protection does not have a direction, the busbar protection does not pass the blocking signal of the small power supply or section interval protection Confirm that the current components of the main power supply interval meet the operating conditions and start timing after not receiving the blocking signal of other intervals. The busbar protection is the first The time limit outlet jumps to a small power source or segment interval without direction, and the second time limit outlet jumps to the main power supply.
When the busbar protection is realized by an independent device, it can integrate the action of the main power supply interval current components of each busbar at the voltage level and the non-main power supply Source interval blocking signal realizes protection action logic based on multiple interval information.
6.5 Action and alarm signal
The busbar protection shall have the busbar protection action signal and the blocking signal for long-term alarm. When the blocking signal is transmitted by communication Lock signal broken link alarm and maintenance inconsistency alarm.
6.6 Pressure plate setting
The pressure plate should be thrown and retracted at intervals on the device where the discrimination element is located. When the interval pressure plate is turned on, the interval blocking signal participates in the bus Protection logic; when the bay pressing plate exits, the bay blocking signal does not participate in the bus protection logic.
6.7 Performance Index
6.7.1 Technical requirements
Performance indicators should meet the following requirements.
a) Current setting error. the action accuracy error does not exceed ±5% or the absolute error does not exceed 0.02IN (rated current);
b) Voltage setting error. the error of the action accuracy does not exceed ±5% or the absolute error does not exceed 0.002UN (rated voltage);
c) Busbar protection delay error. under the condition of 1.2 times the busbar overcurrent setting value, it does not exceed ±1% or ±40 ms.
d) The inherent action delay of the blocking signal. Under the condition of 1.2 times the phase overcurrent setting value, the time of sending the blocking signal is not more than 40 ms.
