3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
Based on the basic principles of environmental economic accounting, forest land and forest resources are used as accounting objects, and forest resource surveys and forestry statistics are used as the basis.
The act of quantitatively describing the value of forest land and forest resources.
Economic indicator
The names and values of quantitative aspects of economic phenomena involved in forestry production activities related to the value accounting of forest land and trees.
Data investigation, analysis and reporting activities are carried out on economic indicators related to the main forestry production activities of the survey subjects.
4 General requirements
4.1 Purpose of the survey
Understand the forestry production and management costs, market prices and management technical parameters of the whole country, provinces and regions, and improve the value of forest land and forest resources.
The authenticity and accuracy of the survey data can be calculated to meet the needs of national or provincial forest land and tree resource value accounting.
