5 Technical requirements
5.1 Appearance quality
The appearance quality should meet the requirements of Table 1.
5.2 Specifications and deviations
5.2.1 Specifications and dimensions
The conventional dimensions are shown in Table 2.
5.2.2 Dimensional deviation
The dimensional deviation should meet the requirements of Table 3.
5.3 Physical and chemical performance requirements
The physical and chemical performance requirements should meet the requirements of Table 4.
Note. 1.Surface damp and heat resistance, potassium permanganate consumption and soluble heavy metals are only for painted wooden bath tubs;
2.After the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the consumption of potassium permanganate and the soluble heavy metals can be requested.
6 Inspection method
6.1 Appearance quality
Use the method of visual inspection and feel.
6.2 Dimensions
The diameter, height, and length are measured with a measuring tape with an accuracy of 1mm, and the thickness is measured with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.1mm.
Measure 10mm from the edge of the lower mouth of the bathtub, and the diameter, height and length/width are subject to the contour of the upper mouth of the main body, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

6.3 Physical and chemical properties
6.3.1 Preparation of test pieces
The sample should meet the size and quantity requirements of the sawn test piece, and make the test piece according to the actual size, while ensuring that the test piece is relatively evenly divided in the sample the size and quantity of cloth and test pieces shall conform to Table 5.
6.3.2 Moisture content
According to the provisions of GB/T 1931-2009.
6.3.3 Leakage
At room temperature, add water with a temperature of (40±2)°C into the wooden bath barrel, as deep as 2/3 of the height of the barrel, stand for 8h, and wipe with filter paper every 1h Check the outer wall of the barrel and the outer wall of the barrel bottom for water leakage.
6.3.4 Surface damp and heat resistance
Carry out according to GB/T 4893.2-2005, the test temperature is 70°C.

The factory inspection items include.
a) Appearance quality;
b) Specifications and dimensions;
c) The moisture content, surface moisture and heat resistance and leakage in the physical and chemical properties.
7.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection includes all items in appearance quality, specifications, dimensions and deviations, and physical and chemical properties. During normal production, the annual inspection shall not be less than once. Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations.
a) When there are major changes in raw and auxiliary materials and production processes;
b) When production has been stopped for more than 6 months and production is resumed;
c) When a new production line is put into production;
d) When the market supervision and management department proposes a type inspection request.
