1 Scope

3 Nursery finishing

3.1 Selection

Choose flat terrain, fertile soil, loose soil, soil thickness >1m, good drainage, irrigation conditions, groundwater level below 2m, light Take plenty of sandy loam or loam. Not suitable for continuous operation.

3.2 Preparation for bed

Before sowing, apply 4,000kg~5000kg of fully decomposed organic fertilizer per 667m2, deepen and mix the whole sputum, and smooth the sputum in time.

Before the seedlings, the whole shallow ploughing, the depth is 15cm~20cm, and the rafting is made into a bed or a ridge. It is suitable for bed in the north, the bed surface is 1.0m~1.5m wide, and the trail is the width is about 40cm, the bed surface is lower than the trail 15cm~25cm, the length of the seedbed depends on the terrain, generally 10m~20m; the south is suitable for ridges and ridges.

The height is 20cm~30cm, the width of the ridge is 15cm~25cm, the distance from the center of the ridge is 70cm, and the length of the ridge is 20m~30m.

4 Rootstock cultivation

4.1 Cultivation of seedlings

It is advisable to use local walnut rootstock to cultivate seedlings of solid rootstock.

4.1.1 Seed Selection

Choose the nuts of the year that are fully mature, full of kernels, large and uniform, free from pests and diseases, mildew-free, and naturally dry.

4.1.2 Seed storage

Place the seeds in a container such as a sack and store in a dry, cool place.
