Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 1114-2020 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption of Rosin Production", LY/T 2070-2012 "Comprehensive Energy Consumption of Gallic Acid Production", LY/T 1150-2020 Comprehensive Energy Consumption in Tannin Extract Production, LY/T 2777-2016 Comprehensive Energy Consumption in Tannic Acid Production.

Compared with LY/T 1114-2020, LY/T 2070-2012, LY/T 1150-2020 and LY/T 2777-2016, in addition to structural adjustments and in addition to logical changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The correction factor for gallic acid raw materials (see 5.4.1 of LY/T 2070-2012) has been deleted;

b) The correction factor for annual production of gallic acid was deleted (see 5.4.2 of LY/T 2070-2012);

c) The comprehensive energy consumption classification index per unit output of gallic acid has been changed (see Chapter 4, 4.1 of LY/T 2070-2012);

d) The comprehensive energy consumption classification index per unit output of industrial tannic acid has been changed (see Chapter 4, 4.1 of LY/T 2777-2016);

e) The comprehensive energy consumption classification index per unit output of edible tannic acid has been changed (see Chapter 4, 4.2 of LY/T 2777-2016).

1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of comprehensive energy consumption in the production of forest chemical solid products, and stipulates the comprehensive energy consumption per unit output of forest chemical solid products.

Energy consumption classification indicators, comprehensive energy consumption calculation, energy consumption testing and measurement requirements.

This document is applicable to the calculation and indicator assessment of comprehensive production energy consumption of forest chemical solid product manufacturers.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

A general term for various solid chemicals derived from forest resources.

Note. including rosin, gallic acid, tannin, tannic acid, etc.

During the statistical reporting period, the actual amount of various energy consumed in the production of forest chemical solid products is calculated according to the prescribed calculation method and units.

The total amount converted into standard coal.

During the statistical reporting period, the ratio of comprehensive energy consumption in the production of forest chemical solid products to the output of qualified products.

Direct productiondirect production Activities or operations directly related to production.

Note 1.Direct production of rosin includes unloading, conveying, loading, dissolving, slag removal, clarification, distillation, packaging and warehousing.

Note 2.Gallic acid is directly produced through hydrolysis, neutralization, separation, decolorization, drying, packaging and warehousing.

Note 3.Tannin extract direct production refers to the processes of unloading, loading, raw material pretreatment, extraction, evaporation, sulfonation, drying, packaging and warehousing.

Note 4.Direct production of tannic acid includes processes such as material preparation, extraction, concentration, drying, packaging and warehousing.
