Foreword

Chapters 4 and 5 of this standard are mandatory and the rest are recommended.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces LY 1691-2007 "Safety Requirements for Self-propelled Machinery for Forestry Machinery". Compared with LY 1691-2007, mainly the technical changes are as follows.

--- Revised the name of the standard, from the original "forestry machinery self-propelled mechanical safety requirements" to "forestry machinery general safety Claim";

---Modified the contents of "Scope";

---Modified the contents of the "normative reference document" (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2007 edition);

--- Amend Chapter 4 "Safety Requirements" to "Safety Requirements and/or Protective Measures" and add corresponding inspections after each request Method of inspection (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added the content of "General Provisions" (see 4.1);

--- Revised the requirements of the "FOPS" (see 4.3.2.1, 4.2.2.1 of the 2007 edition);

--- Changed "Operator Protection Structure (OPS)" to "Operator Protection Structure (OPS)", adding "all machines with circular saw heads installed" the protection of the "machines for all saw chain cutting systems" and the "machines with front winches or rear winches" Seeking (see 4.3.2.3, 2007 edition 4.2.2.3);

--- Revised the width requirement of the "wood supporter front guard" (see 4.3.2.4, 2007 edition 4.2.2.5);

--- Added requirements and test methods for "safety and reliability of electronic control systems" and "unloading in emergency situations" (see 4.5.5, 4.5.6);

--- Revised the requirements for "stability" (see 4.11, 4.13 of the 2007 edition);

--- Increased the requirements and test methods for "noise" and "vibration" (see 4.15, 4.16);

--- Amend the "Warning" to "Safety Sign" and modify the requirements of its illustration, and the requirements for the installation and durability of the "Safety Sign" (See 5.3, 5.3 of the 2007 edition);

--- Added "Appendix A (informative) serious hazard list" (see Appendix A);

--- Added the content of "References".

This standard uses the translation method equivalent to the international standard ISO 11850:2011 "General Safety Requirements for Forestry Machinery".

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Forestry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC61).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for self-propelled forestry machinery and assembly into forestry machinery according to operational requirements. This standard includes forestry machinery at General serious hazards, and events that the manufacturer can reasonably foresee during normal use or misuse, as specified in ISO 6814 Wood machine, buncher, tumbler, forwarder, timber loader, skidder, joint work machine, combined feller and crusher, and the above machine A multi-functional joint working machine that combines types.
