4.7 Experimental results

Should meet the test of 5.9.

4.8 Environmental test

Should be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Chapter 8.

5 Test method

5.1 The average linear thermal expansion coefficient shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 6.4.2 and shall meet the requirements of 4.1 of this standard.

5.2 External dimensions shall be measured with a vernier caliper of 0.02 mm and a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5 mm, which shall meet the requirements of 4.2 of this standard. Exterior the length of the defect shall be tested with a reading microscope and shall comply with the corresponding requirements of this standard.

5.3 The wall thickness shall be tested in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 No. 4.1.2 and shall meet the requirements of 4.2 of this standard.

5.4 Apply soap solution to the joint between the branch pipe and the main pipe, and immerse it in warm water at 50 °C.

Meet the requirements of 4.3.4, 4.3.5 of this standard.

5.5 Water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance test according to JY/T 0423-2011 section 6.5.2, shall meet the requirements of 4.4 of this standard.

5.6 The internal stress shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 6.1.2 and shall comply with 4.5 of this standard.

5.7 The material test shall be in accordance with Article 7.2 of JY/T 0423-2011, shall comply with 4.1 of this standard, and shall not be colored.

5.8 Thermal shock shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 6.3.2 and shall comply with 4.6 of this standard.

5.9 Experimental effect test. Heat the iodine-concentrated end inside the iodine sublimation tube with an alcohol lamp flame, and adjust the heating distance appropriately.

The iodine in the tube should be dissolved. The iodine crystals heated to the inner wall of the tube disappeared. When the tube was filled with purple red iodine vapor, the heating was stopped, and Add a little cold water to the surface. It should be seen that the iodine vapor in the tube condenses inside the concave surface of the upper end of the tube, the iodine vapor disappears in the tube, and the iodine is concentrated in the inner wall of the upper end of the tube.

Grain.

5.10 The other sensory tests shall meet the corresponding requirements of this standard.

5.11 The environmental test shall be in accordance with Chapter 8 of JY/T 0423-2011 and shall comply with 4.8 of this standard.
