1; total allowed should not be more than 3.

4.3.2 The appearance defects that should not exist shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 5.1.1.

4.3.3 The inner and outer pipes of the suction pipe shall be on the same axis, and the nozzle of the inner pipe is aligned with the lower nozzle.

4.3.4 The inner pipe mouth is ground flat, and there should be no oblique mouth and notch. The frosted float valve in the branch pipe should be flexible to prevent the gas from flowing out. Test method According to Article 5.3.

4.4 Uniformity of wall thickness

The uniformity of the wall thickness shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 4.1.1.2.

4.5 Chemical stability

It should meet the water resistance HGB level 1, acid resistance H1 level, and alkali resistance A2 level.

4.6 Internal stress

The internal stress should not be greater than 180nm/cm.

4.7 Extraction ultimate vacuum

The ultimate vacuum degree of extraction is not more than 1kPa.

4.8 Environmental test

The environmental test shall be in accordance with Chapter 8 of JY/T 0423-2011.

5 Test method

5.1 The average linear thermal expansion coefficient shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 6.4.2. The test shall meet the requirements of 4.1 of this standard.

5.2 Dimensions are measured with a vernier caliper with a division value of 0.02 mm and a steel ruler with a division value of 0.5 mm, which shall meet the requirements of 4.2 of this standard.

begging. The length of the appearance defects shall be tested with a reading microscope and shall comply with the corresponding requirements of this standard.

5.3 Use a medium-sized ear wash ball to connect the exhaust pipe branch, squeeze and relax the ear wash ball. The frosted float valve can only allow gas to enter, but not go out.

5.4 Pipe wall thickness and average tolerance shall be tested in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 4.1.3 and shall comply with the requirements of 4.2 and 4.4 of this standard.
