3.1 Product Classification

Divided by diameter. glass tube phi5mm ~ phi6mm, phi7mm ~ phi8mm; glass rod phi5mm ~ phi6mm, phi7mm ~ phi8mm.

3.2 Model Nomenclature

The product models of glass tubes and glass rods are named according to the provisions of JY 0026-1991.

4.1 Materials

It should be made of transparent soda-lime glass without yellow-green.

4.2 Dimensions

Dimensions and tolerances. The glass rod should conform to Table 1, and the symbols are shown in Figure 1; the glass tube should conform to Table 2, and the labels are shown in Figure 2.

4.3 Appearance

4.3.1 Appearance defects allowed. nodules. the maximum diameter should be less than 2mm and not more than 5; stones. the maximum diameter should be less than 1.5mm, should not be more than 3; the total number of appearance defects allowed should not be more than 6.

4.3.2 The appearance defects that should not exist shall be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Section 5.1.1.

4.3.3 Both ends of glass rods and glass tubes should be flat, and both ends of glass rods should be inverted.

4.4 Chemical stability

It should meet the water resistance HGB level 1, acid resistance H1 level, and alkali resistance A2 level.

4.5 Internal stress

The internal stress should not be greater than 180 nm/cm.

4.6 Environmental test

Should be in accordance with JY/T 0423-2011 Chapter 8.

6.1 Inspection classification

The inspection of this product is divided into factory inspection, type test and quality supervision inspection.

6.2 Inspection items and methods

The inspection items and inspection methods for factory inspection and type inspection shall comply with Table 3.

Note. "-" in the table means full inspection for batch products, "-" means sample inspection for batch products, and "-" means no inspection.

6.3 Lot rules and sampling methods

6.3.1 The factory inspection shall be based on the natural batch of delivery, and the type inspection shall be based on the inventory array.

6.3.2 During the factory inspection, all the inspection items should be inspected first, and then samples should be taken from the qualified products of all inspection items.

6.3.3 The samples for type inspection shall be taken from the products that passed the factory inspection.

6.3.4 The sampling methods for factory inspection and type inspection shall be in accordance with GB/T 2828.1-2003, and the inspection plan shall be a normal sampling once. The inspection level is General II.

6.4 Non-conformance determination

6.4.1 The classification of defects A, B and C shall conform to Table 3.

6.4.2 The criteria for a single sample shall be in accordance with Table 4.

6.4.3 The quality of the inspection batch shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 2828.1-2003, a normal sampling once inspection plan, AQL value. 1.5 for internal stress, external the shape size is 6.5, and the rest is 2.5.

6.5 Review rules

The re-inspection shall implement the transfer rules in accordance with GB/T 2828.1-2003.

6.6 Quality supervision inspection

Press JY 0002.

7.1 Signs

Should comply with the provisions of Chapter 11 of JY 0001-2003.

7.2 Packaging, transportation and storage

7.2.1 It shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 12 of JY 0001-2003.

7.2.2 The products shall be separated by earthquake-resistant packaging materials and fixed in the packing box.

7.2.3 The outer packaging box shall be provided with a "fragile article" pictogram in accordance with GB 191-2008.
