Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work_Part 1. Structure and Preparation of Standards" this standard replaces JY 195-1985 "Technical Conditions for Peach Blossom Model". In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
-Appearance size has increased allowable tolerances;
-Added the requirement that the main parts of the model should be affixed with name or number tags;
-Specifies the materials that should and should not be used for the model;
-Specify the limit of heavy metal content in the paint of the model.
Please note that some elements of this standard may involve patents. The issuer of this standard is not responsible for identifying these patents.
This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Teaching Instruments (SAC/TC125).
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Teaching Instruments (SAC/TC125).

3 Naming
3.1 Naming rules
The model name of the product is JY 0026-1991.
3.2 Nomenclature
The peach blossom model is named.
SM - TH - KC - 330
Product (Corolla Diameter), 330mm Product feature code, removable Product name Pinyin prefix, "Peach Blossom" Product model classification code, biological model Model example.
SM-TH-KC-330 represents biological model, peach model, removable, diameter 330mm.
4 Requirements
4.1 Use environmental conditions
Temperature. -10 °C ~ 40 °C, relative humidity. not more than 90%.
4.2 Anatomy
4.2.1 General requirements
4.2.1.1 The product is a magnified peach model in full bloom. The diameter of the corolla is 330mm ± 15mm and it is placed on the stand.
4.2.1.2 The model shows the flower stalk, torus, calyx, corolla, stamen and pistil.
4.2.1.3 The petals and pistil can be disassembled, and the ovary is longitudinally cut.
4.2.1.4 The morphological structure and color of each part shall be correct, natural and full of realism.
4.2.2 Specific requirements
4.2.2.1 Corolla showing five petals (removable); calyx showing five sepals; torus is cup-shaped; flower handle length is not less than 5mm. Petals, flowers the veins of the palate and the torus should be true.
4.2.2.2 Stamens (25 or 30) show filaments and anthers. The filaments are 100mm ± 10mm long, inserted on the cup-shaped torus and arranged in a wheel shape.
The top of the filament should be connected to the middle of the back of the anther; each anther has two pollen sacs, one of which is cut longitudinally, showing the pollen sac and the medicine Interval.
4.2.2.3 The pistil shows the stigma, style and ovary (the pistil can be removed, and the ovary is longitudinally cut). Stigma swollen, apex slightly concave; style slender;
The room is swollen like an olive, and is connected to the cup-shaped torus. It is a one-room upper ovary with terminal inverted ovules. Two layers of quilt and bead center should be displayed correctly and the position of the embryo sac.
4.2.2.4 Name tags or number tags shall be affixed to the following parts of this model. petals, calyx, torus, stigma, ovary.
4.3 Materials and processes
4.3.1 The model should be made of rigid thermoplastics, and glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) or fragile and deformable materials should not be used.
material.
4.3.2 The content of heavy metals in the coating of the model shall conform to GB 5.2.5.4 of GB 21746-2008.
4.3.3 The structures represented on the model should be accurate in position and modified naturally and correctly.
4.3.4 Detachable parts shall have strength and toughness, suitable tightness and convenient disassembly. The bonded or spliced part should be firm.
4.3.5 The color of the structure of each part should be correct and clear, and the spraying transition should be natural and there should be no spillover.
4.3.6 The product shall also comply with JY 0001-2003 sections 5.2, 6.9, 6.12, 6.27, 7.4.3, 7.7 and 9.1 to 9.6.
4.4 Environmental test
4.4.1 The product shall be tested for temperature, humidity, and free drop in accordance with JY 0213-1994 Section 3.1, and shall be subjected to a drop test in an unpackaged state.
4.4.2 The drop height of the drop test in the non-packaging state is 1m. The drop surface shall be the largest surface of the model outline. After the test, it shall not be broken or cracked.
If there is a stand, it should not be included.
5 Test method
5.1 Relevant dimensions
Measured with a steel ruler with a division value of 1 mm. The diameter of the corolla was measured in natural bloom.
5.2 Anatomy, appearance and workmanship
Sensory test.
5.3 Environmental test
5.3.1 Temperature, humidity and free fall test According to JY 0213-1994 Section 4.1, 4.2, 4.6.
5.3.2 Drop test in unpacked state. Lay a wooden board with a thickness of 20mm ± 3mm on the cement floor, and keep the board rigidly connected to the cement floor touch. During the test, the model's falling surface is downward, and it will fall freely from a height of 1m. Once tested, it shall meet 4.4.2.
