Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work_Part 1. Structure and Preparation of Standards" this standard replaces JY 84-1982 "Technical Conditions for Animal Cell Mitosis (Echinococcus granulosus Egg Section)". In addition to editorial changes, the main the technical changes are as follows.

-Eliminate the "slice thickness of 6-8 microns" which is difficult to inspect;

-Cancel the classification of the original qualified products into first-class products and second-class products.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the model designation, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, instructions, Packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to mitotic slide specimens of animal cells for teaching in primary and secondary schools.

3 Model designation

4 Requirements

4.1 Slides and coverslips, appearance, specimen collection and processing, specimen staining, and specimen covers should comply with JY/T 0067-2011 Chapter 4.

4.2 Specimens should be taken from horse worm uterus with 6 chromosomes (2n = 6).

4.3 Place 2 to 4 pieces of cross-cutting material on each slide, and 1 piece of vertical-cutting material with a length of not less than 10mm.

4.4 It should be obvious that the cells are in three stages of division, that is, early, middle, late, or middle, late, and late stages.

4.5 The morphological characteristics of the chromosomes at each stage of division are typical, and the spindle filaments are faintly visible; the central body in the middle and late stages should be clearly distinguishable.

4.6 Eggs and egg shells are basically round, and some egg shells are allowed to sag, but they should not affect observation.

4.7 The eggs in the uterus should be full and the eggs should not come out of the egg shell.

5 Test method

5.1 According to the provisions of Chapter 5 of JY/T 0067-2011.

5.2 Specimens are examined at a microscope magnification of 400 times.

6.1 Implementation of the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of JY/T 0067-2011.

6.2 In this standard 4.2, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7 and 4.9 are the main performance indicators.
