Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Guidelines for Standardization Work_Part 1. Structure and Preparation of Standards" this standard replaces JY 72-1982 "Technical Conditions for Monocotyledon Stem Transect". In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

-Elimination of "slice thickness within 25 µm" which is difficult to inspect;

-Cancel the classification of the original qualified products into first-class products and second-class products.

Please note that some elements of this standard may involve patents. The issuer of this standard is not responsible for identifying these patents.

This standard was proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Teaching Instruments (SAC/TC125).

3 Model designation

3.1 Model Nomenclature

The composition and form of the product model follow the provisions of JY 0026-1991.

3.2 Model Nomenclature

Monocotyledon stems are named as.

SP-DYJ-HQ-100

Product specifications are expressed by microscope magnification, 100 means 100 times magnification Product feature code and process feature are HQ, HQ means crosscutting the pinyin prefix of the product name is DYJ, which means "single leaf stem" the classification code of the product model is SP Model example.

SP-DYJ-HQ-100 indicates that the stem of a monocotyledon needs to be viewed with a microscope at a magnification of 100 times or more.

4 Requirements

4.1 Slides and coverslips, appearance, specimen collection and processing, specimen staining, and specimen covers should comply with JY/T 0067-2011 Chapter 4.

4.2 Specimens should be obtained from artificially cultivated corn stalks and internodes.

4.4 The epidermis is a layer of neatly arranged cells with a circle of mechanical tissue beneath the epidermis.

4.5 The cross-section should be perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and the inclination of each cell should not exceed 1/3 of the stem.

4.6 Specimens are stained with crocus and solid green, or other multiple staining methods. Mechanical tissues, xylem ducts, and other tissue structures should be distinguished.

obvious.

4.7 Local thin-walled tissue cells should not shrink or break more than 1/3 of the stem.
