3 Terminology and units of measurement
3.1 Terminology
The terms and definitions defined in JJG1144-2017 and the following apply to this specification.
Installed in the ocean data buoy, it can automatically monitor wind direction, wind speed, temperature, relative humidity, air pressure, wave height, Sensors for measuring ocean hydrological and meteorological elements such as wave period, water temperature, and salinity.
At least 100 wave heights measured continuously in a certain period are arranged in descending order, and the first 1/3 of the number after sorting is taken.
The average value of the wave height.
[Source. GB/T 15920-2010, 2.4.36, modified] the average value of each wave height of the significant wave corresponding to the period.
