Introduction

The technical requirements of JJF 1834-2020 "General Technical Requirements for Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments" are equivalent to the adoption of international legal measurement Organization (OIML) International Recommendation OIMLR76-1..2006 "Non-automatic weighing instrument Part 1: Measurement and technical requirements Testing" (Non-AutomaticWeighingInstrument Part 1: MetrologicalandTechnical Requirement-Test), OIMLR76-2.2007 "Non-Automatic Weighing Apparatus Part 2: Test Report" (Non-AutomaticWeighingInstrument Part 2: TestReportFormat). Appendix A and Appendix of this specification Record B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix F, Appendix G, Appendix H are all normative appendices.

The legal management requirements, measurement requirements, and general technical requirements specified in the "General Technical Requirements for Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments" the terms of the test methods and test conditions for the test items replaced the JJG555-1996 "General Inspection of Non-Automatic Scales" the relevant provisions of the "Regulations". Compared with JJG555-1996 "General Verification Regulations for Non-Automatic Scales", this specification mainly There are the following differences.

---In the terms of 5.1 accuracy classification principle, etc., the meter of class and class non-automatic weighing instrument has been added.

Technical requirements and test procedures;

---Introduced the definition of non-automatic weighing instrument module (see 3.2.2) and the relevant technical requirements and test Inspection procedures;

--- Added the definition of "family" (see 3.3.5) and the test of the family of weighing instruments or modules (see 5.10.4);

---Added Appendix F about the compatibility check of non-automatic weighing instrument modules;

---Added software terms including type-specific parameters, device-specific parameters, software segmentation, etc. (see 3.2.8), and additional requirements for software-controlled digital devices and weighing instruments (see 7.5) and additional inspections in Appendix G and test;

---Updated the anti-interference performance test requirements (see Appendix B.3), including AC power supply voltage sag and short-term medium the test requirements for the immunity test of broken and radiated electromagnetic fields have been added to the test requirements for the immunity of the conducted radio frequency field;

---Added multi-range weighing instrument terminology and related measurement technical requirements;

---Deleted rotation and swing measurement and test requirements;

--- Deleted the transport packaging test requirements including packaging drop, packaging vibration, packaging collision, etc.;

---Deleted electrical safety test requirements including insulation resistance, leakage current, etc.;

---Modified the scope of application of durability test.

The release status of previous versions of this specification.

General technical requirements for non-automatic weighing instruments

1 Scope

This specification clarifies the measurement requirements and technical requirements for non-automatic weighing instruments.

This specification aims to provide standardized requirements and test procedures to evaluate non-automatic weighing instruments in a uniform and traceable method Metering performance and technical characteristics.

This specification is applicable to the type evaluation of non-automatic weighing instruments, and makes the first verification, subsequent verification and in-use inspections.

The principle stipulates that in actual operation, if other types of evaluation outlines and metrological verification procedures cannot be covered by the legal metrological requirements or If it is inconsistent with the technical requirements of this specification, this specification shall prevail.

The classification code of non-automatic weighing instruments is 12040000.

3 term

3.1 General terms

3.1.1 Weighing instrument A measuring instrument that determines the mass of an object by the gravity acting on the object.

Note. According to the provisions of R111 and D28, the "mass" (or "weight value") in this specification is more appropriate to express "converted quality" "Weight" or "the agreed value of weighing results in the air", and "weight" is a more suitable form of concrete expression of quality (Equivalent to physical measuring tools), its physical and measurement characteristics have clear regulations.

Weighing instruments can also be used to determine quantities, sizes, parameters, or characteristics related to quality.

According to the operation mode, the weighing instrument can be divided into automatic weighing instrument (AWI) and non-automatic weighing instrument (NAWI).

3.1.2 Non-automatic weighing instrument; NAWI A weighing instrument that requires operator intervention during the weighing process to determine whether the weighing result is acceptable.

Note 1.The process of determining whether the weighing result is acceptable, including any human activities taken by the operator that affect the weighing result, for example, actions taken when the indication is stable or the load is adjusted, and whether to accept the observed weighing result Display value or whether to print out, etc. Determine whether the weighing result is acceptable, including the
