Introduction

This specification is based on JJF 1071-2010 "Rules for the preparation of national measurement calibration specifications", JJF 1001-2011 Using Measurement Terms and Definitions" and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty.

This specification is the first release.

Voltage loss timer calibration specification

1 Scope

This specification applies to voltage-loss timers (pressure-loss timers, loss-of-voltage-off timers, loss-of-voltage-disconnected short-circuit timers Calibration).

2 references

JJF 1180 Time Frequency Measurement Terminology and Definition GB/T 17215.301-2007 Special requirements for multi-function electric energy meter DL/T 566-1995 Voltage Voltage Loss Timer Specifications for dated references, only dated editions apply to this specification; all undated references the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this specification.

3 Terms and units of measure

3.1 Starting voltage triggervoltage Let the timing unit act reliably and start counting the maximum input voltage in volts.

3.2 Return voltage the minimum value of the input voltage to change the timing unit from timed to stopped. Unit. V.

3.3 Starting current trigger current Under the condition that there is no voltage in the voltage loop, make the timing unit operate reliably and start the timing of the minimum input current Value in mA.

3.4 Reference voltage Determine the voltage value of the relevant characteristics of the meter, unit. V.

Classified according to different specifications, the reference voltage is generally divided into. 3 × 100V, 3 × 380V, 3 × 57.7/100V, 3×220/380V.

4 Overview

The voltage pressure loss timer (hereinafter referred to as the timer) is a dedicated device that displays and displays the voltage loop voltage loss time of the energy meter.

instrument. It is commonly used to monitor the operating status of three-phase three-wire (three-phase four-wire) active power (reactive power) meters. When running the power meter under the condition of the load current, voltage transformer loss, undervoltage and current transformer secondary circuit open when a road or man-made short circuit occurs, the timer can timely reflect the fault condition, give an alarm signal, and record the missing phase.

Pressure, breaking, short circuit time. According to the different functions, there are generally a pressure-loss timer, a pressure-loss timer, and a loss of voltage Short-circuit timers and other types. Take three-phase three-wire as an example, the internal working principle of the timer is shown in Figure 1, outside the timer the wiring is shown in Figure 2.
